Scientific Pest Control Services started as a solely owned South African Company and has since progressed into a family business backed by over 48 years experience in the pest control industry.  This experience has been gained in 14 different countries from which all the modern techniques have been incorporated into Scientific Pest Control Services.  Over the years other companies have been added to form a group catering to Pest Control and Allied industries.

In September 1994 we opened our Kwa-Zulu Natal Branch after we had completed an extensive market research programme.  The growth has been exceptional over the last 5 years and we have had to employ a fifth person in order to meet our client requirements

Contribution to the local community:
Monthly donations to Boys Town.  We were awarded a five year Certificate and a Honorary Citizen of Boys Town Certificate in appreciation for financial support.

Avril Elizabeth and Boksburg Society for the Aged receives free Pest Control Services on a monthly basis.

We have received one silver and  two gold medals for charitable services rendered to Avril Elizabeth Home.  In 2001 Avril Elizabeth awarded a Loyal Service Certificate to two members of our staff.

Scientifics' diaries are purchased from the Muscular Dystrophy Society.

Donations are given regularly to the Local South African Police and Emergency Services.

After an appeal from the Family Upliftment Centre for help concerning a huge rodent problem, we now make regular donations for a 30kg Supa-Kill Rodent Bait to them for use in eradicating the rats which are eating their food suppliers.

Free technical advice and insect identification is available at our shop or over the phone.
